At HiLetgo, we stand behind the quality of our electronic components and modules. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund.
Initiate a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the components in their original anti-static packaging and secure them in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our designated returns center using a trackable shipping service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
